Your Right to Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your OptiReply account and all associated personal data at any time. We take this right seriously and have a clear, fast process to honor every request.

Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove your personal data from all active systems within 30 days and send you written confirmation.

How to Request Deletion

Email Request

Send an email to privacy@seven9it.com with subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.

In-App Deletion

Log into your OptiReply account → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This initiates immediate deletion of your account and data.

Written Request

Contact us by mail at the address below with your deletion request in writing. We will respond within 5 business days.

If you have connected your Google Business Profile to OptiReply, deletion of your account also removes all Google API data we have stored:

You should also revoke OptiReply's access directly in your Google Account Permissions to fully disconnect the integration.
