Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OptiReply ("the Service"), operated by Seven9IT Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of OptiReply, including free and paid subscribers.

Description of Service

OptiReply is a web-based SaaS platform that helps small and medium businesses manage Google Business Profile reviews, generate AI-powered responses, and extract business intelligence from customer feedback.

The Service launched on January 25, 2026, and is operated from Toronto, Ontario, Canada by Seven9IT Solutions.

Account Registration

To use OptiReply, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date account information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access

One account per user. You must be at least 18 years old to use OptiReply.

Subscription & Billing

OptiReply offers the following plans:

• Free: $0 with 15 AI responses (lifetime)
• Starter: $29/month with 100 responses/month
• Professional: $79/month with 500 responses/month
• Agency: $199/month with 2,000 responses/month

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@seven9it.com within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.

Acceptable Use & User Obligations

You agree to use OptiReply only for lawful business purposes consistent with these Terms. Acceptable uses include:

• Generating AI-assisted responses to genuine customer reviews
• Analyzing feedback patterns to improve your business
• Managing your Google Business Profile review workflow

Prohibited Uses

• Generating fake, misleading, or deceptive reviews
• Review gating or any practice that selectively solicits positive reviews
• Violating Google's review policies or platform terms of service
• Using the Service to harass, defame, or harm individuals
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Reselling access to the platform without written authorization
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, branding, and content created by Seven9IT Solutions is our exclusive intellectual property. You retain ownership of your business data and reviews.

AI-generated responses produced by the Service are provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

OptiReply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your needs
• Results from using the Service will meet your expectations

You use the Service at your own risk. Always review AI-generated content before publishing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seven9IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of OptiReply, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious violations.

Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
